Baytna Online is Continuous Knowledge for Everyone, Everywhere

December 19, 2022 - As the numbers suggest, many of you already know about our Baytna Online platform, either as a user, a follower, or a student.

This year so far, the Baytna Online platform has received over 300,000 visitors, 11,000 users, and nearly 2,000 students. For those of you that are still new and are looking for a unique learning online experience, let's take you through a short journey of what we offer on our platform.

On our platform, we have plenty of trainings and courses you can browse to find one that could help you sharpen your skills in any field you want to improve.

It could be a course to help you build volunteer teams, train to gain more time management skills, or plan for your newly launched organization/business through focused training on problem-solving and the art of decision-making.

Can't make up your mind? Here is a glance at some of the trainings we have for you on our platform.

With 384 trainees registered, the Risk Management training, led by our trainer Feras Hamdouni, is one of the most popular on our platform. It aims to increase awareness of risk management concepts and mechanisms, so trainees can identify and manage risks in their projects or workplaces. It also aims to enhance project management through advanced and appropriate planning for potential risks.

Are you looking for a more professional and specialized English course for your work? Then we offer you the English in the Workplace training, led by our trainer Fadi El Sayed, to help you strengthen your English. It focuses primarily on the terminology used in the work environment. It will give you an in-depth walkthrough on English grammar, but it will also mention some simple and essential must-know rules to understand and speak, or professionally write in English. This course was followed by 445 trainees, and it looks like numbers will keep rising so do register and see for yourself how you can improve your work English.

Our Project Management Development - PMD Pro training, given by trainer Mohammad Saffan, is designed as a guide to help project managers supervise their projects more efficiently and successfully within the context of humanitarian work. It is a great chance to learn about managing expectations and getting desired results through solid plans.

Are you working on a cause and want to spread it and raise awareness about it? Then you must be an advocate and our trainer Maysoon Alolabi has the training you might need to help develop your campaigns and promotions for your cause, in her Advocacy training course.

We will accompany you in this course to learn the basics of advocacy, its most important tools, and how it differs from public relations. We will also talk in detail about preparing an advocacy plan and its most essential components. This course is for beginners in this field and mainly targets people who work in public affairs or non-governmental organizations. If you finish this course and still want more information, do not worry; we have you covered with the Advocacy - Advanced Level training.

We could go on about the many other trainings and courses we have on our platform, but we will leave this to you to explore the numerous options, and to discover the information and knowledge we offer on our platform.

Perhaps, as the new year approaches, you would consider making a new year's resolution to take a training course of your choice?

All our training courses are free and available for you at any time you choose. You will also be awarded a certificate by the end of each course. For more information, visit https://baytna.online/ and we look forward to another year of trainings that help empower Syrian civil society.
